Socialist is the key word

That word has been engrained in the American lexicon since the cold war....Its why people fear the progressives..

Bernie ended his campaign when questioned about his comments on Cuba and when given the chance, didn't back away...But people say you know what you're getting with him, he doesn't change...

No clue on how being Jewish would effect a candidate, we've come a long way.....Northeast would make folks here flinch but are more opened minded than one would think..As Biden puts it, be a president for all Americans.......

If an Election gets framed Socialist v Just about anything with our 2 choice system....Its a no win scenario for dems....We are ready for some 'socialist' programs like Universal Health care imo...But the stigma of the word is tough to get over and is used against dems like a weapon.....
