Hi Honey,

No R/S and no debt. We just need to weather the storm the next few weeks. News of some sort will hit this month. The wait is almost over.

2 things will happen:

1. FDA approval within the next few years, and buyout shortly after that. The price we will get will be incredible especially if no R/S which won't happen. The majority of shareholders would have to vote for it, and who would do that.

2. If by chance Medtronic walks away this month (we will know something) then a buyer could buy us shortly after, say Q1 of 2022. Either way folks, this company is going to get bought out. We just don't know the price. We will know more in 3 weeks and it will clear.

The company should be getting $12-$30 for share price if fully executed on FDA approval if you can wait it out over 24-36 months. If not, I guess buyout range of $2-$5
