Dude. Shares held at the DTC are about 2M less then in the OS. As shares are reserved… they arent part of the float. Yet. Hence the reserve is accounted for in the SS, but are not yet in DTC. Case Closed.

Im just trying to help explain how the 2M shares are in fact accounted for. By standard practice. Take it or leave it.

They are issued. To a reserve account. Not freely tradable and DTC accounted for until put into lenders account. In which then they still need to transfer to a broker before they are sellable to market.

And $23M dollars for 2M shares. That’s fantastic! How could any long not be scooping up these obviously discounted shares.
