The share number in question is about 2m. Im trying to explain why it is the Auctus Reserved shares at the Transfer agent. Which are Still owned by the company. But the transfer agent holds them in essentially an escrow(for laymen) type account that Auctus can draw on as they feel.

Auctus reserved the whole pool. Doesnt mean ownership until its put in their name. Thus avoiding over 5% rule. How? Draw down on the reserve owed to them, incrementally. Just a few day process with TA, typically.
