Gents,

Few different thoughts...

Medtronic coming to Chapel Hill in next 2 weeks. Anybody know what that is about? I would think to check on the goods, and potentially see what they can get for it. What other reason would they be coming?

Titan has No debt so company is not going to fold. No R/S because shareholders have to vote for it, and who the heck would vote for a R/S, so I don't see that happening. Thus, the company keeps going. FDA approval 2023 and off to the races, then a buyout shortly thereafter for even a LARGER amount. I think what we are seeing this past month is just a bump in the road.

Long story short, I think either Medtronic buys us out soon, or later in 2023 which will be here soon brings us FDA approval and a buyout shortly after that.
