Well, in my opinion we may have lost the battle this time but in the long run won the war. We got no monetary damages but secured the licensing agreement rights. Scamsung and others have to pay in order to use NLST products now. The minuscule amount is nothing compared to what NLST can charge companies now. California, land of fruits and nuts, especially on this jury. No offense to Stokd who did an excellent job with the updates from the trial. Again, thanks to Stokd and Goforthebet.
We still have Google on tap...but now NLST can start running like a real company with superior products. I'm going nowhere, I still believe in NLST.
