I'm not sure why you're even bothering to ask? You could just read the APA... no?. What would be the point of redirecting to a site build around the Bioamber name? LCYB owns it all, yes, including the website. What they do with it is their business, they are after all a private company. They don't have to justify or explain anything to the public & you don't own shares in LCYB. It's not even a discussion at this point, I'm not "stating" an opinion, it's clearly stated in print.
