Expected Conversion Rates
I prefer dilution to the merchant cash advances they were forced to do. And I certainly prefer it to bankruptcy. All-in-all, they get to keep the lights on now.
My math* says it seems like a very decent price point. 150M shares * $2,265,000 = $0.0151 per share.
*Assumes all conversions the same as in the past.
