But --- it is a leap - to assume the writer of that letter knew that and did not simply think - GOV had common stock --- or that selling Preferred is the same

Serisously - the use of WTS is a must - and so those in the know - assume that such was known by the writer

But ---- simple english - the shortest distance between two dots is a straight line logic and Occams' razor arguments - say the writer was ignorant of that needed step and thus did not make any statement about the WTS ---- but did say - FREE THEM
