Read the 10Q quarterly report filed by the company (10/12/21). Section on Inventory where they stated they wrote down raw material inventory as it was out of date. From the company report: "The decrease in inventory during the three months ended August 31, 2021, was primarily related to the write down of expiring raw materials purchased for commercial production.."
