I just talked to Schwab.... Schwab purchased TDameritrade but the combination will not take place until 2023. Until then, TD is on a separate trading platform and does not allow the buying of DSCR... Schwab and etrade both allow both buying and selling of DCSR.

So, if you have a TD account and want to be able to buy and sell DSCR then you would have to sell your stock at TD and open an account with either Schwab or etrade..... Simple as that...
