IIPR - Revenue for Q3 $53M / MCAP of $6B with a share price of 250 per share
MRMD Revenue for Q3 $33M / MCAP of $231M with a price of .60 per share

Looks to me that one of these is extremely under valued and the other is over valued.
Also looks like Insiders at IIPR are dumping Series A shares

Also it looks that IIPR is in heavy acquisition mode. Trying to acquire MRMD? By any mean necessary? As they are in many of the same markets. Wouldn't be the first time a bigger overvalued company tried to takeover the up and coming, competitor that has award winning better products.
