yup...hes making his pitch in an attempt to get his hands on as much welfare money as he can...apparent he feels Exxon deserves even more money because of the Houston deal where they are "collaborating" with 11 other companies...like wow...collaboration...thats gotta be worth a few more billion...right?...lol

Faber looks pissed that hes even there...he basically starts out with, "yea, we already know you said you are going to spend $15 bil in the next six years...so why am i here rehashing old schitt?"...lmao

and the CEO replied:
"but but but collaboration!....future!...projects!...policy!"...
