The only timeline I'm keeping is using Nikola as a guideline from when they notified the public in an SEC filing that the DOJ was investigating them to when its CEO was arrested. So, Cytodyn notified the public on its July 30, 2021 10K that its executives were being investigated by the DOJ (and SEC). I'd be looking for arrest announcements around May-June 2022.
