Is the quiet period for GERN over, if not, when? And you wouldn't know a hikerguy7 by chance? (g)

Last time I picked up some GERN on Friday I got crushed Monday, but if the offering is near complete with a solid floor at 12, and PRs in the hopper, it could be ready for launch.
