I don't think PRIVATELY HELD companies normally would issue a Press Release, and EMPOWERED is completely privately held. I believe the Press Release is more often used by publicly traded companies, many times to alert existing shareholders of a major change (and to attract new investors), and perhaps even to ensure full compliance with SEC rules.

When it comes to Press Releases, it is AXIM who would undoubtedly issue the PR when (?) Immunopass gets approved by the FDA, or Canada, or gets its CE from the EU.

I am guessing that CovClear is likewise owned by a privately held company, with Empowered being the manufacturer, and that Empowered or that other privately held company won't be issuing any PRs.

Therefore, I don't believe you will find anything about the owner of CovClear or the manufacturing partner (Empowered) issuing any Press Releases in the past or in the future in regards to anything CovClear related.
