NPs option exercise was part of a planned insider secondary offering. It required organizing any "insiders" that want to sell large blocks of stock, preparing and filing SEC paperwork. NP planned it and knew that it was coming April 30, 2020 and told Amarex to file whatever HIV combo data they had by April 27th so they could pump the stock. His SEC filing showed he had sold all the shares by April 30th.

Your "short attack" was after NP had already sold his shares.
