We do NOT need a reverse of any kind. If insiders actually owns the 60% that he was quoted saying, in the latest audio interview. He could take some of his personal shares and do the retirement that he has promised. And the PPS would take care of itself in that case.

If he did a reverse of any kind. It would open the door again for MORE dilution. And that is NOT what we need. A reverse is NOT the answer IMO.

Dan needs to do what he has promised in interviews, and in PRs in the past.

If he would do the MANY times and things already, the PPS would go up, such as:

Where is the audit?
Where is the 20% buyback?
Are we trading on the OTCQX?
When are we going to the Higher Exchange?
What did Frank do Wrong?
When does "Soon" ever come about?
Everyone have their DVD now?
Why not cancel the SkierShop LOI, just like Matrix?
What about the divvy?
What is the status of the N'East sell?
Where is the 60b shares o/s?
Why did he sell off Stockli?
Where is the money?
What did he recieve from Nate to sell him the TV Stations?

Yeah, Dan ONLY talks, to sell shares, and CONVERTS restricted when we are about to run. That is obvious with his past. We need some action now, afterall the a/s is basically MAXED out now!! RJ
