So apparently, (I have to guess), if you use Pancackeswap for swapping tokens, you accumulate "Pancakeswap tokens".
If you own a coin/token in Trustwallet, but it's not an automatically recognized token, it WILL NOT show that you own it. (you could have Millions in SHIB in your Trust Wallet, but you wouldn't know it, stupid!)
You have to manually add the token (either by flipping a toggle switch or manually pasting the contract address), then it will show the value in your wallet.
I just happended to stumble across the fact I had 37 cents worth of PancakeSwap token when I was trying to swap through pancakeswap.
I really hate that aspect of crypto trading /Trust Wallet, unlike a stock brokerage account that will simply show you:
What you bought
When you bought it
Cost basis of purchase of stock (even in multiple lot purchases)
Current realtime Gain/Loss
Why is that so friggin hard to do? All the cyber geniuses coming up with DickCoin, Titscoin, Cumrocket etc, can't figure out how to calculate cost basis? Gain/Loss?
