Surprise, Surprise! This is the version of the PR which appeared on my news service at Alpha Trade. I did not add the bold, by he way. It was done by the wire service. I guess they wanted to make sure everyone realized it was not from any of the companies but rather from an "advisory service". They still have left out the part about the note issuance.

LAKE HARMONY, PA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/01/07 -- Worldwide Security Acquisitions, LLC of Orlando, Florida today confirmed the 8-K issued by Proguard Acquisitions (OTCBB: PGRD) that WSA ordered the release of escrow funds to PGRD in the amount of $300,000 previously deposited for the buyout. Additionally, WSA submitted $1,700,000 additional funds to meet the total $2,000,000 required under the option.

PGRD and WSA now will move forward to have the consolidated audits and necessary change of control documents submitted to the appropriate agencies.

Other active stocks are SanDisk Corporation (NASDAQ: SNDK), Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (NASDAQ: SIRI) and NutriSystem Inc. (NASDAQ: NTRI).
