Yup some hopeful news for GS tickers!
AS you mentioned Keith in the past the reason they withdrew form 10 application is Form 10 becomes effective automatically after 60 days. So since SEC tells Form 10 filers there are amendments that need to be addressed they can’t go back and try to fix it once it is current. It would be a mess. If they have enough time to do amendment before 60 days is completed they can do it but for GVSI GS didn’t have enough time to do the amendment since it was going to be current within a week. So nothing changed just a little bit more wait.
