No it didn’t:)
After withdrawal they resubmitted on 06/09/21 and amended it again on 07/02/21 and it got current on 07/15/21 so 33 days after resubmitting but keep in mind if they didn’t do the second amendment after resubmitting it would have been much quicker.
If GS resubmits the form 10 early in December and no further amendment is needed it will most likely be current before the new year.
