These MM's have been NSS'ing hundreds of tickers into oblivion all over the market. Seems many CEO's could turn the tables by issuing a dividend, but none of them ever do. There must be some reason why they don't.

Maybe it's because they rely on cordial relationships with MM's in order to maintain a presence in the markets? But Ron and Ted are looking to retire, right? So why not go out with a bang? Come on Ron, issue the dividend! It's better to burn out than to fade away!!
