in that math - which I do not disagree with (if I understand it) - can you show with TWO (key - even a bit rolled up) numbers THE MATH

How much do we "owe" the Treasury per the Treasury and I assume our books?

That is what I think is the LP ???? (investment in - cash in - and then any missing 10% dividend -- and then the IOUs written each month or quarter - etc.) ---- what is that at

I agree - that if F and F need to pay back the full amount Treasury shows on the books ---- we - as common - are in trouble as only MASSIVE dilution saves the day

But IMO - the LP might well dissapear in a negotiation (then we can use earnings with no SPO --- but IMO should assume Treasury pursuing 100B cash from their 4B WTS/common shares)

Not even sure if JPS survive if the Treasury argues it is owed that much money (as I do not think the SPO market will fund it !!!! )
