Didn’t he just loan Forwardly $2 million at 8% for a year? Seems to being just fine, by any standards.



Why would Forwardly even need a loan? A loan from their own CEO? Yeah okay.


Not sure why HUMBL considers him an expert with SEC filings either. He usually doesn’t file things with the SEC. He filed 3 Form 10’s with the SEC trying to avoid being put on the expert market but that didn’t happen.
And he immediately had to amend them because he failed to check a simple box. Well actually Earnest Stern needs to redo it - Earnest Stern also being involved here. One just got withdrawn because of questions by the SEC and is being redone. the GVSI one is riddled with errors as well so an amendment should happen on that one soon.

But hey it’s all about the hype they will file with the SEC - just like last time when they said a year ago they would be filing with the SEC.
