We have to go with natural immunity... like we did with polio and smallpox.

Down in Rooster land, where it's the in thing to marry your sister or child, they have this thing under control.

I hate to say let 'em die. As in... close the border, don't let anyone out without a vaccination, and let the rest of them die. But what can you do?
