It was filed on NOV 17, so the drop begin , at the moment pps was $0.01345 then dropping like a rock. Well, RXMD may be different but the downtrend is about the same. Hopefully after the vote, shareholders get release or we truly get up list as we sacrifice the uptrend due to the big R/S proposal.
