Royal bank shows the same ($3,2M). It's because they only update the O/S number when financials are released. At the end of Q2 it was 2,900,000,000 O/S.

This number of outstanding shares X ,0011 gives an MC of $.3,19M

If you use CURRENT number of O/S (3,500,000,000 + or -) you get a market cap (using today's closing pps of 0013) of: $4,45M
