Sounds like normal procedure...Goes to inflammatory language...The more I uncover about the Judge and his decisions, the more I understand them.....

I think most should look at the DAs rush to charge and how it came back to haunt them, the facts of the case didn't fit with the emotional rush to charge...

Prosecution witnesses turned out to make great points for the defense...The prosecutor did a terrible job overall, imo anyways...Want to be upset with anyone, the prosecution is a good place to look start to finish...

But this is where I jump ship on it, the case is settled and there will be 2 sides who can fight all they want about it...

Seems the jury took their job seriously and came back with a unanimous decision, based on the evidence and the charges and not anything else...
