Precious: 19.1 million is the “Implied Shares Outstanding of common equity, assuming the conversion of all convertible subsidiary equity into common.”

I don’t know how easy it is to do that nor how fast it can be done, but I’m sure that holders of “convertible subsidiary equity” are trying to do that now.

If their product works, it’s great. The alternative these children have is a series of heart surgeries stretched out over manny years.

On the other hand, there isn’t enough data to show it works.
