look at the bottom of page 7. the problem that Hayman has is that third
parties are giving out e-mails between them and Hayman while those
e-mails should have been disclosed and given by the defandants
themselves. this also goes to the core of the proceedings against the
government employees, because some or much of the communication would
be between Hayman and those employees.
I guess Bass is not disclosing things that could make it really bad for
the defandants (worse than what was discovered so far).
It seems the means to committ the deed were far worse than the deed
itself.
