With the news out, lets see if it initiates some trading today , should be interesting, OTC Land is pretty finicky either way with news unless one believes the catalyst(s) is there. Saying that because the news says "anticipated" and "expected" around the audit and the filing, folks pick up on that.

They did name the Audit firm BORGER in Colorado , but that is there CPA but if they are qualified to do an audit , go for it and submit it .
