$OTLC Oncotelic Therapeutics provides update on COVID study, OT-101 cancer program

Oncotelic Therapeutics (OTCQB:OTLC) provided update on the phase 2 C001 COVID Study and the OT-101-ONC program in difficult-to-treat cancers.

The company said data lock and databases were generated for phase 2 C001 study in hospitalized patients with COVID-19. The top line data will be reported when data analysis is completed.

In addition, the company noted that the OT-101-ONC program has been moving forward steadily through strategic alliance with pharmaceutical companies.
The program was expanded to include mesothelioma, melanoma, glioblastoma, and pancreatic cancer.

The program is for assessing the impact of OT-101 across multiple cancer indications where local tumoral secretion of TGF-ß suppressed the clinical activity of checkpoint inhibitors, CAR-T, and vaccine.
