Good to see Australia sitting 3rd there. It doesn't make up for our laggard effort on the environment these days, still it's a positive. The U.S. being a dismal 2nd last there does suck.

An "historic investment in U.S. infrastructure." Super! All will be able to drive more safely, car or bicycle. And no doubt over time most all households will see savings of some of the average household $3000 a year infrastructure breakdown costs each suffer now. It's like an inbuilt, and unheralded, tax cut from the Biden team.
