I doubt that, the sec is absolutely present in otc, just ask Alexander Delarge about that. With byoc's own pump and dump that should be quit easy for regulators to see the huge short position put on by their own selling machine/OTCX a day prior to Alexander's pump not to mention byoc's own "Institutional investor buys million dollar position 1000% increase". They short and dump shares to where we sit today. I would say with 100% certainty if they turn out to be frauds they're would also be a class action law suit not to mention orange suits. SEC is looking for crooks right now. Not the best of times to be in your face fucking over retail. byoc
