He already raised the auth here. Hundreds of millions, but it's a feeler. xanaxu wants to see how the otcm crap is going to shake out.
My guess and hope is that xanaxu has a stack of wells notices on file and is trying to work around that. I'm almost positive we will some announcements from the SEC any day now. It just takes time.
