What do you know about the arrangement between Dr. Zasloff, U. Penn., and Genaera regarding transfer of intellectual property rights?

Is MSI-1436 (Trodulamine) currently "owned" by Genaera in the same way as Squalamine?

The GENR website lists the anti-obesity efficacy findings as due to the discoveries of "Our scientists." Is it that essentially all of Zasloff's potentially therapeutic discoveries were transferred to Genaera?
