NP pays Amarex $80 million plus for “great” work up until June of 2020.

NP praises Amarex through the end of 2020. They are “great”.

NP continues to send work orders to Amarex though June of 2021.

NP never filed a complaint to Amarex about their work in accordance with the MSA.

CYDY has a weak case. This is going to cost the company $16-20 million when legal costs are considered.
