Agree but it’s still BS.

Not ok to let us take all the risk, dilute the value of our shares so deep pockets can make guaranteed margins.

Let the offering be available to shareholders, if we don’t buy it up than offer it to deep pockets.

Again, still long here just would like to see this handled differently.
