NP has been using Amarex for years and they have don't virtually all of the company's clinical trials to date. How suddenly did the CRO get leprosy. NP has been touting their BLA experience to shareholders. Then NP brought in a new management member who was an expert on BLA filings -- they both failed?? Hard to believe.

So now the company has picked a CRO with not experience in ANY of the indications they are contemplating? How's that solve any problems??

There is history -- in Dr. Pestell legal filings, he specifically called out NP for directing a colorectal clinical trial design that had significant patient safety issues. Dr. Pestell and Amarex protested and NP ordered them to do it his way. Fortunately they didn't do the trial, but it was more evidence of NP's meddling in the clinical trial process. Hopefully he is now going to be out of the clinical trial activity, but he clearly has lots of history of being aggressively involved in the CRO activities over years.
