As of right now, 2.7B of 15B SGB are being delegated. Many people don't have their assets due to greedy/unprepared exchanges. 1.5B sgb (10%) are set as FTSO rewards. As more and more people get their songbird tokens, or buy and delegate them, rewards will decrease. Get in while you can. I missed the first week of rewards but it has been very beneficial.

One more point- make sure to delegate some to best FTSO. I have completed 4 quests through them that have dropped me four different NFTs worth about 3K or 4K sgb, with more to come. They just dropped two more pixelated NFTs to buy with accumulated points (NFTp) today: one is selling for close to 2000sgb with a max supply of 300; the other has sold for 20K sgb with a max supply of 50.
