I'd say he's gotta be found guilty of illegally transporting his fucking weapon. Your laws
being what they are whether he's found guilty of the shootings i wouldn't bet money on.

Being guilty and being found guilty are two different things.

He should never have been there with his weapon.

I'd guess the wanna feel a hero got himself into a situation where he felt way out of his depth and
probably did become scared for his life, so wouldn't be surprised if he got off the shooting charges.
