If all of that were not subject to the ongoing conservatorship, then I might agree to some extent. To me the appointment of the next/permanent director is the equivalent to getting another baby sitter when the old one goes off to college. Keep the status quo and don't rock the boat...and that's all the next director will do with regards to c-ship. If I'm wronG, so be it...but this administration proved that they have no limits to printing money for social issues, so do you think that housing will be any different? I do not.
