It is not just the Brokers with "Dryworld Brands, Inc." The Edgar SEC website, and the RegA itself all reference Dryworld, and no longer recognize Nexus Energy Services. I cannot say where it was initiated from, but it is forward moving and on a Federal Government website. It is not a falsehood.
