Really so its burn the vendor for the failures of the company?? Well NP picked the vendor, touted their expertise regularly, directed their activities, approved all their activities (company is responsible for all of these activities), the NP told them to file "whatever they have" so he could sell his shares.

Yeah, go ahead and blame the CRO. Virtually all BP and biotechs use CROs but how many of them do you have BLA/NDA rejections, blame their CRO for trial design failures, etc. I read many biotech publications and don't see this at all, just seems to be a Cytodyn problem. Wonder why? Perhaps management incompetence.
