CROs execute trials. Cytodyn has had several Chief science officers to lead design with the clinical advisers -- independent experts that help advise as the review board. Dr. Pestell for cancer trials that NP overruled numerous times on trial design according to the Pestell legal filings. Then there was Dr.L who was around for the CoV trial design and he's a clinician who operates a clinical trial site. like many posters seem to want to put the blame on anybody but NP and the company. Sorry, the buck stops with NP for all of this.
