suffered inferior funding and so inferior resources all there lives.

Where does the responsibility for that situation lie. You might even feel it positive and right that your kids
understand some of the whys and wherefors of their underfunded situation even better than they do.

And you might consider that opposition to dealing with much of that in schools comes from misinformed white parents.
