There is an explanation for the silence, but I can't go beyond what we have included in the OTC Markets filings.
We will include a full update on the BONZ business and plans in the 12/31/2020 annual report, which should be posted by the end of the month. This year, there will be much emphasis on the Towne gold mine in Arizona.

There will be a press release before then if any pending deals get signed.
