I might suggest

Anyone - for any model - needs to start with the total number of shares they expect -- common

will JPS be converted ?
will the GOV use the WTS
will there be an SPO?

what I would like to see is

no conversion (not initially at crazy low prices for common)
death of LP for money paid so far

and yes no SPO - rather time and earnings

And GOV gets to exercise and sell 4B shares common since GOV would get great PR (to cover the wipe out of 100s of Billions per some idiots) --- say $80-$100B of profit - money - they then set aside for housing
