Parents have been complaining about they have SEEN their children being taught.

I know nothing of the context in that locale in terms of curriculum, what school subject was being "taught", committee who decides these things and not really interested. I remember little I learned in those grades.

I did want to point out what I saw as an inconsistency of logic
